# Eligibility of the Candidates: For Junior Clerk cum Copyist Recruitment 2021
1.Shall be a citizen of India
2.Must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted u/s.3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or equivalent examination from a recognized Council, Board or University as the case may be.
3.Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer application from a recognized institute.
4.Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the ME standard.
5.Must be of good character.
6.Must be of sound health, good physique and free from organic defect or bodily infirmly or communicable disease.
7.Must not have more than one spouse living, if married
8.Must have possessed a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in type writing for the post of Junior Typist
9.Must have possessed minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute for the post Stenographer (Grade-III)
# Age: For Junior Clerk cum Copyist Recruitment 2021
A candidate must not be below 18 years and above 32 years of age as on 28.06.2021
Provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by 5years in case of SC/ST/SEBC and Women candidates and 10 years in case of Physically Handicapped Candidates. For Ex-serviceman, after deducting the period of service rendered in Armed Forces from the present age, the resultant age should not exceed 32 years.
# Fee for Exam:
The candidates are required to deposit examination fees of RS.100( Rupees one hundred) only in shape of the Treasury Challan under the Head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Service Fees-9904650-Law Department-9916730-Examination Fees for recruitment conducted by Odisha district and Subordinate Courts and to submit the original challan along with application form. The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are exempted from payment of Examination Fees.

# Details Syllabus for Junior Clerk cum Copyist Recruitment 2021: Sub: English
The detail syllabus for each subject of the written test shall be as follows
1.An essay to be written in English
2.A letter or application to be written in English
3.One Odia passage to be translated into English
4.One English passage to be translated into Odia
5.Summary of one English Passage.
# Arithmetic:
Vulgar Fractions and decimals. HCF and LCM, Simple & Compound interest , percentage, profit and loss, mixtures, partnership, average rates and taxes, insurance, square and cubic measures, problems on time and work, time and distance.
# General Knowledge:
Knowledge of current events and such other matters of every day observations and experience as may be expected from an educated person.
# Computer Test Practical:
To test the proficiency of the candidates relating to matters like “ test formatting of thee paragraph, insertion of table, skill to print and save, file transfer, website searching and browsing and downloading, e-mail, use of pen-drive and other software etc. and programmes of accounting.
